I'm not great at talking about me but hey let's do it.
I am a singer, songwriter, producer and videographer! I write and produce all my music (except the first album but we don't talk about that), and do all of my own videos.
I started writing songs in order to cope with my feelings about my autism. There is a level of alienation that is inherent in having autism, as people can be hard to understand to you, and you can be hard to understand to people. However we all yearn for some sort of connection. This sort of paradox, yearning for intuitive connection but not being neurologically suited for it is what eventually inspired my first album, Loving the Alien.
My music videos started as a final project for school. We were supposed to create a ten minute short film, however due to a certain worldwide pandemic, all of my cast members got sick and I quickly had to rethink what my final project would be. I eventually decided to create a music video for my song "Loving the Alien." The video was praised for it's cinematography, but maligned for its lighting errors. I had so much fun making the video that I decided to continue the story line, creating a Weeknd inspired world of surreal introspection, minus the production value because I am broke af.
